Over a dinner table, few months ago, we were discussing with my family about Tomatoes.
It was end of July and the crop was ending. We had a lot from our gardens on the mountains.
I did the profound one. I traveled the next days at the villages and found Old Women.
We discussed a lot, mostly over a full table of seasonal goods. And I felt for once more, how blessed is our Land.
I used oil and few herbs. I rejected the salt.
The result (as my family, relatives and friends are stating) is fantastic.
